Refunds and returns

Cancellations

Contact support within 12 hours. Orders may be cancelled at no charge before packing and shipment begin.

Voluntary returns

Request a return within 15 days of purchase. Keep the item unused, with its original packaging and proof of purchase. For a change of mind, the purchaser pays tracked return postage and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Damaged, incorrect, missing or faulty goods

Contact support promptly with the order reference and details so the team can assess and arrange the appropriate remedy, including return postage where the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Singapore law.
